BOARDMAN - Services will be Monday at 10:00 AM at St. Maron Church for Amira B. Estephan age 75 of Boardman who passed away early Thursday morning at the Mahoning Valley Hospital in Youngstown after a six week illness.
Amira was born November 11, 1929, in Betroun, Lebanon, the daughter of Tannous and Habbouba Khoury Assahk. She came to this country in 1991 from Lebanon, was a homemaker, and a member of St. Maron Church.
She is survived by her husband Bassil B. Estephan whom she married August 6, 1961, two daughters, Nadia Joseph Farag of Hubbard, OH, and Lena Edward Sargent of Salem, OH, three sons, Pierre Wadad Estephan of Minnesota, Emile Estephan of Tampa, FLA., and Hekmat Jean Estephan of Boardman, five sisters, four brothers, and twelve grandchildren, Clayton, Carter, and Maria Sargent, Elie and Anthony Farag, and Charbel, Michael, Nicole, Maroun, Kyle, Karlina, and Hannah Estephan.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother.
Friends may call from 4 PM to 8 PM Sunday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel where the Service of Incense will be held at 7:00 PM, and also from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM Monday morning at St. Maron Church.
