Youngstown - Services will be held at 10:00AM Tuesday at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel and 10:30AM at St. Dominic Church, Youngstown for Ann Smith, 83 who passed away Thursday afternoon.
Mrs. Smith was born December 23, 1921 in Youngstown the daughter of Dominic and Dora Fortunato Miely.
Mrs. Smith retired from Kings Jewelry after many years of service and was an East High School graduate.
Her husband, Paul T. Smith, whom she married December 7, 1944, passed away June 29, 1999.
She leaves a daughter, Denise Smith of California, a grandson, Sean Lori McCartney of Canton, 2 sisters, Helen DelFraino of Kentucky and Jean James Beraduce of Florida, 3 brothers, Robert Chesta Miely of Florida, Felix Louise Miely of Struthers, and Dr. William Miely of Columbus, 19 Nieces and nephews as well as several great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Dianne Gorby and a sister, Margauritte Wilhelm. Friends may call from 9:00AM - 10:00AM Tuesday morning at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
