YOUNGSTOWN - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at
St. Luke Roman Catholic Church for Anne E. Flood, 29, who passed away after
a short illness Friday at the Cleveland Clinic with her family by her side.
Anne was born Aug. 19, 1988, in Youngstown, a daughter of Daniel and Winnie
(Pugh) Flood.
Anne was a 2007 graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School and received her
Bachelor¹s Degree in Graphic Art from Youngstown State University in May of
2017.
Anne had a few great loves in her life, including her beloved dog Bella, her
blue truck, and her large family, including her 15 nieces and nephews.
Anne had a wit and humor about her, always joking and making those around
her laugh. Anne had a zeal for life and a sense of adventure
and spontaneity that took her skydiving twice.
Anne's true passion was her creativity, she enjoyed artwork and painting.
Anne lived her short life to the fullest and will be deeply missed by all
who knew her.
Anne leaves her mother, Winnie Flood of Youngstown; her maternal
grandmother, Bernice Pugh of Youngstown; two sisters, Jennifer (Jason)
Gasser of Cincinnati and Mary (Ty) Flood Dorney; five brothers, Daniel
(Lisa) Flood of Valley City, Mike (Melissa) Flood of Boardman, Ken (Fiance,
Christy Gallagher) Flood of Youngstown, Brian (Michelle) Flood of Poland,
and Joe (Kimberly) Flood of Austintown; 15 nieces and nephews; and many
aunts, uncles and cousins.
Anne was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Flood in 2005.
Family and friends may call on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the
Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel.
