Anne Weimer

CANFIELD - Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. Mark Lutheran Church for Anne M. Weimer, 91, who passed away Sunday at Vista Care at the Ridge.

Anne was born Oct. 19, 1923, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Daniel and Anna (Binder) Menning.

Anne graduated from South High School. She was an office manager for Thorton Insurance Agency. Anne was an active member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, where she was a member of their choir, and played piano for the children's Sunday school. She was was also a member of the Fellowship Club at the Good Hope Lutheran Church.

Anne leaves her husband, Glenn Weimer, whom she married Jan. 15, 1966; and a sister, Gerda (Frank) Mitrovich of Hubbard.

Anne was also preceded in death by a brother, Herman Menning.

Family and friends may pay their respects today from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Boardman-Canfield Chapel, and Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.

Burial will take place at Canfield Village Cemetery.
