DUNEDIN, FLA. ? A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, and prayers offered at 10:30 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for Annie Pauline Perod, 80, formerly of Beverly Avenue in Austintown, who died early Saturday morning at Sunset Point Care and Rehabilitation Center in Clearwater, Fla.
Annie was born July 20, 1930, in Logan County, Ky., to the late Arch and Frances Jackson Perry.
She was a charter member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward F. Perod, whom she married March 3, 1951, and who died April 23, 2005; a brother, Hollis Perry; and three sisters, Lottie Goodwin, Katie Cope and Lillian Allen.
She is survived by her two sons, Roger D. Perod Sr. of Ridgeville, Ind. and James R. and wife Judy Perod of Dunedin; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Marguerite Shoemake of Kentucky and Shirley Doris of Tennessee.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Entombment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
