POLAND-Services will be Thursday at 9:30 AM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel, and at 10;00 AM at Holy Family Church for Anthony Joseph Ciavarella age 6 of Poland who passed away Sunday afternoon at Tod Children's Hospital of Leukemia after an eight month illness. Anthony was born March 1, 1998, in Youngstown, the son of Paul and Dr. Kimberly L. McAbee Ciavarella. He was a student at Dobbins Elementary School, had played T-ball for the Poland Baseball Association, and was a member of Holy Family Church.
Besides his parents he is survived by a brother, Christopher Aaron Ciavarella at home, grandparents Joseph and Pauline Hlay Ciavarella of Poland, a great-grandmother Mary Ciavarella, of Boardman, uncles and aunts, Robert and Debbie Ciavarella, of Aurora, Ohio, Thomas Annie Ciavarella, of Poland, and Gary and Patsy Ciavarella, of Youngstown, cousins Daniel Ciavarella, of California, Timothy Ciavarella, of Aurora, and Nikki Ciavarella, of Poland, and his special friend and nanny, Judy Rowe, of Struthers. His Paternal grandfather Clyde McAbee preceded him in death.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 PM Wednesday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel.
