YOUNGSTOWN - Services will be Wednesday evening at 7 PM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for Antoinette Emily Solomon Hassen age 65 of Youngstown who passed away Friday at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Antoinette was born January 14, 1940, the daughter of Kaid and Helen Byers Solomon.
Her husband Soultan Ali Hassen died April 23, 1995. She is survived by her nine children, Anthony, Jamiela, Daniel, Debra, Gamel, Abdullah, Mohamed, Abdliezl, and Gyeed, and fifteen grandchildren, Melissa, Dana, Aleemah, Michael, Eric, Mohamed Jr., Anthony Jr., Isaiah, Stephen, Zanah, Justin, Abdul Jr., Nuda, Aliyah, and Layla.
Besides her husband she was preceded in death by a son Amed Hassen, a grandson Nathaniel, a sister Mary McCardle Batdors, and four brothers, Benjamin McCardle, John Yiyi, Joe, and Kaid Solomon.
Friends may call from 4 PM to 7 PM Wednesday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel.
