Antoinette Mattio

YOUNGSTOWN - Funeral services will be held Tuesday at noon at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Boardman-Canfield Chapel for Antoinette ?Toni? M Mattio, 53, who passed away Wednesday afternoon at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.

Toni was born April 12, 1957, in Youngstown, the daughter of John and Elizabeth Funk Mattio.

Toni was a 1975 graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School and attended Youngstown State University. She graduated from the Pittsburgh Culinary Institute and was an executive chef for LC Simpsons in Pittsburgh. Toni was a member of St. Patrick Church and enjoyed fishing and animals.

Toni leaves her sister, Linda Gary Armes of Idaho; two aunts, Margaret Barry and Bernadine Foley, both of New York; her niece Johnnie Armes; her nephew, Gary Armes Jr; three great-nephews; and her very close family and friends.

Toni was preceded in death by her parents and her uncle, Buddy.

Family and friends may call Tuesday from 10 a.m. to noon at the funeral home.
