YOUNGSTOWN - Antony J. Reesby, 67, died August 15, surrounded by loved ones.
Antony was born on May 2, 1957, in Oxted, England, to the late Cyril F. Reesby and Maureen M. Jordan Reesby. He attended McDowell High School in Erie, PA and graduated in 1975. He later furthered his education at Kent Trumbull with a focus on I.T. training, laying the groundwork for a career that was fulfilling for him. He was the computer repair technician for Rite Aid, helping when their systems failed and needed his expertise.
He joined the Navy, embracing the spirit of service that would shape his character and outlook on life. After his two years in military service, he pursued his passions with vigor, finding freedom on the open road as he rode his beloved Harley Davidson motorcycles. The thrill of the ride was accented by the exquisite sights he experienced, each journey leaving an indelible mark on his heart.
He is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Kaye Reesby and his sister Debbie (Jim) Mogel. The embrace of family extended to stepchildren Rose Windsor and Scott (Laura) Windsor, niece Jamie Mogel and nephew Michael Mogel, whose lives he touched profoundly, as well as six grand-nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death is his previous wife, Diane Carter Reesby, who was part of a chapter that contributed to the man he became.
In honor of Antony's vibrant spirit, a memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home - Austintown Chapel 4303 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown, OH 44515.
