CANFIELD - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. Michael Church for Biagio Iaderosa, 68, who passed away Sunday at his home, with his family by his side.
Biagio was born Feb. 7, 1947, in Cervino, Italy, a son of the late Francesco and Vincenza (Vigliotti) Iaderosa.
He was a foundry worker for Parker Hannifin for 40 years, retiring in November of 2008. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, gardening, and watching his grandson, Sam, play baseball and his granddaughters dance. His greatest love was for his grandchildren, who were the loves of his life.
Biagio leaves his wife, the former Francine Iaderosa, whom he married Jan. 6, 1969; three daughters, Vivian (Philip) Starr of Canfield, Angela (Regis) Chill of Girard, and Cristina (Michael) Gillian of Phoenix; four grandchildren, Anthony Biagio, Sam, Diana, and Jamie; and two stepgrandchildren, Summit and Dane; brother John Iaderosa of Youngstown; nephew Frank Iaderosa; and niece Joann Iaderosa.
He was also preceded in death by his parents; and sisters Joann and Antonette Iaderosa.
Family and friends may call Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at St. Michael Church.
