Austintown. . . . . Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Mr. Bob "Pops" Warner of Austintown, age 71, who died Sunday at the Veteran's Hospital in Cleveland. He was born August 5, 1932, in Youngstown a son of Wayne and Jenny Bartrum Warner. Bob is a 1950 graduate of New Springfield High School and a 1954 graduate of Youngstown State University. He is a US Army Veteran. He was an accountant for the Youngstown Sheet and Tube Corp., worked for Associates Insurance Agency, for Alprod and General Ionics. Bob was the prior owner of Bandolero Universal Snack Shop and Warners Corner. He attended the Austintown Baptist Church. He was a kind and generous man who enjoyed cooking and boating.
He leaves his wife the former Jean Fergus who he married February 12, 1961, two daughters Laura Mark Renstrom of Poland, Ohio and Karen Warner of Columbus, Ohio; two sons Raub Mary Beth Warner of Columbus and Wayne Warner of New York City; two sisters Dianne Borzick of Poland and Marlyn Warren Ornstein of Cleveland, Ohio; a sister- in- law Gayle Ron Anderson of Hermitage, Pa. two grandchildren Jennifer and Jamie; significant family members Jim Jimenez of Tarzana, CA and Bob Smith of Weathersfield, Ohio and nieces, nephews and good friends. Friends may call Friday from 5:00 PM- 8:00 PM at the funeral home and from 10:30 till the time of the funeral services on Saturday.
