CORTLAND - Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel for Brenda L. Bugno Budd, 61, who passed away Sunday evening at her home.
Brenda was born Aug. 7, 1949, in Lorain, the daughter of Edward and Irene Yurich Bugno.
Brenda was a 1967 graduate of Ursuline High School. She retired in December of 1999 after 30 years at Delphi Packard Electric in Department 1509 as a press operator.
She enjoyed painting, drawing, sewing, reading, ceramics and tending to her rose garden. Her greatest love was for her family and spending time with her grandchildren.
Brenda leaves her parents of Youngstown; her two sons, Brian Budd and his girlfriend, Melanie Diguls of Warren and Brett Budd of Cortland; three brothers, Christopher, Matthew and Joshua Bugno, all of Youngstown; a grandson, Aiden Joseph Budd; a niece, Rebecca Shoup Arblaster; and a great-nephew, Brady Arblaster.
Brenda was preceded in death by her grandparents, Peter and Mary Yurich; sister, Kaira Shoup; and brother, R. Jerome Bugno.
Family and friends may call today from 5 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
