TAMARAC, FL - A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date for Brian D. Miller, 51, formerly of Austintown, who died unexpectedly Wednesday at home.
Brian was born Oct. 5, 1962, in Youngstown, to Richard M. and Sandra (Weston) Miller.
He was a 1980 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and worked as a graphic designer and videographer, most recently at NCCI in Boca Raton, Fla., where he received many awards for his work.
Brian enjoyed photography, graphic art and anything that allowed him to be creative. He had a talent for gourmet cooking and baking, and loved to spoil all his family and friends with his culinary skills. Professionally decorated cakes and cookies were his specialty . He collected Heisey glass and DC Comics, and was a movie enthusiast.
Brian also volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters and other various
groups.
Brian will always be remembered as a very loving, thoughtful, kind and generous soul, who wanted to make life a little more special for everyone.
Brian is survived by his father; two sisters, Diana (Kenneth) Senyo of Austintown and Jennifer (Joel) Armstrong of Ft. Myers; three brothers, Richard "Rick" A. of Austintown, Michael C. (Nancy) of Tacoma, WA; and Russell S. (Collette) of Poland; his Aunt Virginia A. Miller of Youngstown; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother and a brother Gary Miller.
