WARREN - There will be services at 7 p.m. Friday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel, for Brian M. Thompson, 21, formerly of Boardman who passed away Monday evening at St. Joseph Hospital after injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Brian was born March 4, 1986 in Youngstown, a son of James and Karen Howell Thompson, III.
Brian graduated from Lakeview High School and the Trumbull Career and
Technical Center in 2006. Brian enjoyed playing basketball at Willow Park. He loved the outdoors and nature, enjoyed skiing and water skiing and loved to go fishing with his brothers. He will be deeply missed.
Brian leaves his loving parents, James and Karen Thompson III of Warren; his brothers, Jim and Scott Thompson, both of the home; his grandmothers, Arlene Howell and Virginia Thompson, both of Boardman; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Brian was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, James Thompson Jr., and maternal grandfather, Earl Howell.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, material tributes may take the form of a donation in memory of Brian at any local Sky Bank to the Trumbull Career and Technical Center for the Restaurant Services Department.
