LAKE MILTON - Carol Ann Johnson, 70, was born Oct. 19, 1945, in Medina, daughter of John J. Terlecky Sr. and Carolyn Ann Terlecky of Lake Milton. Carol passed away comfortably on Sept. 7, 2016, with family at her side.
She will be remembered as a kind-hearted loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother.
Carol leaves behind to cherish all their wonderful memories, her loving husband, Gary A. Johnson; son Daniel S. Johnson; grandchildren Karra, Taylor and Daniel Jr.; sisters Mary M. Burt and Linda J. Clark; and brother John J. Terlecky Jr.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Michael A. Johnson.
Carol had spent many years in Lake Milton and Ellenton, Fla., where she made many friends who will miss her dearly.
At Carol's request, no services will be held.
Professional arrangements are under the care of Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, North Jackson Chapel.
