Born on October 23, 1946, in Youngstown, to the late Charles Moore Sr. and Julia Moore (Casey), Carol lived a life full of much love, many laughs, and cherished memories.

She graduated from Wilson High School in 1964, and attended Cosmetology School shortly afterwards. She married the love of her life, Robert J. Lautner on June 13, 1987. Carol dedicated a significant portion of her career to Caprice Healthcare, where she worked until her retirement in 2013. Beyond her professional life, Carol brought joy and warmth to those around her through her many hobbies and interests. She was an avid bowler and participated in a league for over 45 years, creating countless memories with friends and fellow bowlers. Her proudest accomplishments were the cherished moments spent caring for and raising her grandchildren, nurturing the ties that bind family together.

Carol is survived by her sons Robert (Sandy) Lautner Jr. and Brian Gaucher, her daughters Jonny (Thomas) French and Gretta Henderson (Moore), and a loving legacy that includes her grandchildren: Brandy Goodwin, Erik French, Benjamin Moore, Miranda Rolland, Nicole Moore, Marissa Darr, and Kalie Keagy. She also leaves behind nine great-grandchildren, ensuring that her spirit will live on through multiple generations. Her brothers Thomas (Sandy) Moore, Robert (Laura) Moore and sister-in-law Evelyn Moore will remember her fondly, as will all who had the privilege to know her.
