CANFIELD - A prayer service will begin Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at noon at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 4500 Norquest Blvd. in Austintown, for Mrs. Cheryl McHenry, 50, who died unexpectedly Thursday at work.
She was born Dec. 15, 1961, in Youngstown, a daughter of Pete and Dolly Macala Peterson.
Cheryl was a 1980 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and was employed by Cambridge Home Health Care as a Branch Manager.
She was a loving daughter, wife, mother and grandmother and was the kindest, sweetest person. Her greatest love and joy was her family.
Cheryl leaves to cherish her memory her parents, Pete and Dolly Peterson of Austintown; her husband, Michael, whom she married Oct. 18, 2008; two sons, Matthew Bagoly of Austintown and Jason Bagoly of Kent State; three step daughters, Jennifer David Everett of Canfield, Jessica Andrew Amodio of Columbus and Megan McHenry of Youngstown; one brother, Ron Jennifer Peterson of Longs, S.C., and two grandchildren, David and Michael Everett.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. and Wednesday from 11 to 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions maybe made in Cheryl's memory to Hospice of the Valley.
