Youngstown - Memorial Services will be held 10:00AM Tuesday at St. Christine Church, Youngstown for Dolores "Dolly" B. Ziemianski, 81 who passed away Friday evening.
Mrs. Ziemianski was born September 17, 1924 in Farrell, PA the daughter of Michael and Anna Prokop Broscoe. She moved to the area as a young child.
Mrs. Ziemianski was employed with Wean United, retiring in 1986 after 23 years of service. She was a 1942 graduate of Chaney High School and attended Kent State University. She also formerly worked with the Youngstown Playhouse and the Youngstown Symphony. She enjoyed bowling and golf. She was a longtime member of St. Christine Church where she served as an Eucharisitic minister.
Her husband, George A. Ziemianski, whom she married August 21, 1948, passed away July 12, 1972.
She leaves a daughter, Jan E. Craige Edgerton of San Jose, CA, a son, Anthony M. Ziemianski of Youngstown, a sister, Georgianna M. Broscoe of Youngstown, and grandchildren, Mark A. and Chris M. Ziemianski both of Youngstown, Karen Edgerton, of Kirkland, WA, Elizabeth Bennett of Vanconna, WA, and Catie Devine also of Kirkland, WA.
Arrangements are being handled by Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel.
