Church for Constance Docherty, 73, who passed away Friday at St. Elizabeth Health Center after a 13 year battle with Lymphoma.
Constance was born Sept. 8, 1933 in Youngstown, the daughter of Carl and Elsie Pelkington Pellegrene.
A 1952 graduate of East High School, she later worked at the G.E. lamp plant as a coiler for more than 40 years before retiring in 1993. She was a member
of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
She is survived by her husband, William J. Docherty, whom she married June 2, 1955; two daughters, Deborah Marc Butson of Mineral Ridge and Darlene
Kenny Fabek of Austintown; two brothers, Harry Judith Pellegrene of Columbiana and Dennis Marcia Pellegrene of Girard; and four grandchildren,
Jason and Kenny Fabek and Nick and Taylor Diana.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a son, James C. Docherty, and a sister, Margaret Schniebel.
