Dale Vaughn

There will be services Friday at 10 Am at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Dale L. Vaughn Jr., age 59, who passed away Tuesday afternoon at St. Elizabeth Hospital.

Dale was born August 16, 1948 in Youngstown a son of Dale L. and Mary Alice Thayer Vaughn Sr.

Dale was a 1966 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School. He was a veteran in the Army serving in the Vietnam War. He was employed by Trinity Industries as a welder for over 25 years, retiring this year. Dale was a member of the Youngstown Maennerchor Club and the Eagles Club. He enjoyed fishing.

Dale leaves his mother Mary Alice Vaughn of Austintown; a daughter Marla Hiner of Brookfield; two sons Jason Debra Vaughn of Brookfield and Justin Vaughn of Hubbard; a brother Larry Vaughn of Austintown and two grandchildren Brooke and Brian Hiner.

Dale is preceded in death by his father Dale L. Vaughn Sr.; his maternal and paternal grandparents; and his aunt Jean Thayer.

Family and friends may call Thursday from 6 to 8 PM and on Friday from 9:30 to 10 Am at the funeral home.
