YOUNGSTOWN - Private family services were held for Daniel R. White, 63, who passed away Saturday morning at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.
Daniel was born March 20, 1950, in Youngstown, a son of the late Robert Daniel and Margaret Ann (Newsome) White.
Daniel graduated in 1968 from Ursuline High School, where he lettered in tennis. He served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam and received a Bronze Star.
Daniel was a machinist for the Canton Timkin Company for several years. He enjoyed golfing and cooking for his family. He was also a long-time Cleveland Browns fan.
Daniel will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Daniel leaves his two daughters, Lori Lynn White of Houston and Angela Elizabeth White of Youngstown; his son, Sean Daniel White of Houston; and his five sisters, Margie Ann (Alice) White of East Liverpool, Claudia Sage of Portland, Ore., Kimberly Ann (Scott) Leetch of Youngstown, Roberta (James) Harding of Hubbard and Mary Elizabeth (Patty) White of East Liverpool.
Burial was held at Calvary Cemetery.
Professional arrangements were handled by the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.
