AUSTINTOWN - Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel for Danielle Samarco, 38, who died early Thursday morning at the Hospice House after a long a courageous battle with ovarian cancer.
Danielle was born April 5, 1974, in Youngstown, the daughter of Thomas and Pamela A. Boncyk Samarco.
She was a 1992 graduate of Girard High School and most currently had been working as a tanning consultant at Tropitan for over seven years until the time of her illness in 2009. She was a member of St. Rose Church, liked to shop, enjoyed sports and was a Steelers and Pirates fan. Most importantly she loved spending time with her children, they were the light of her life.
Danielle will be remembered as a kind hearted person who loved her family and friends and would do anything for anyone.
She is survived by her father, Thomas Samarco of Austintown; her three daughters, Brooke Thomas, Daisy Thomas and Danica Mc Allister, all of Austintown; a brother, Thomas J. Carrie Samarco of Plum Borough, Pa.; her niece and nephew, Alyssa and Austin Samarco; and Brooke and Daisy's father, Bill Thomas.
Danielle was preceded in death by her mother; her grandparents; a brother, Stanley J. Samarco; and Danica's dad, Mark McAllister.
Danielle's family requests that material tributes take the form of donations to a fund set up for her children in care of the funeral home.
