Youngstown- A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for Deborah Ann Kane Ferranti, age 54, of Youngstown, who Friday, December 19, 2008 at the Hospice of the Valley's Hospice House surrounded by her family.
Deborah was born February 2, 1954 in Youngstown, to the late Thomas F. and Violet M. Barnes Kane, Jr.
She was a 1972 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School. Deborah was employed by the Callas Nursing Services as a nurses' aide.
She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by a infant sister Linda Kane, and a nephew Jason A. Pusser.
She will be greatly missed by her two daughters, Amanda Ferranti of Youngstown, and Kimberly Ferranti of Lordstown, a son Matthew Woodford of Illinois. She also leaves three sisters Patricia Ann Charles Cooper of Austintown, Dianne LaPaze of Struthers, Barbara Ann Pusser of Boardman, a brother, Thomas Kane III of Austintown. Nine grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Saturday one hour prior to services noon to 1:00PM.
