AUSTINTOWN - Funeral services will be held Monday at 6 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel for Diane L. Mullen, 68, who passed away Wednesday evening at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.
Diane was born May 20, 1947, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late George H. and Florence M. (Goers) Rush Sr.
Diane graduated from Liberty High School. She was a manager for Simco Management Corporation for 27 years, having retired in 2006. She was a former member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post No. 235. Diane also enjoyed reading and traveling.
Her husband, David A. Mullen, whom she married March 22, 1996, passed away Nov. 28, 2013.
Diane leaves her two brothers, George H. Rush Jr. of Girard and Paul W. (Jacqueline) Rush of Vienna; a brother-in-law, Thomas Marlowe of Girard; a special niece and nephew, Sharon Grove and Christopher Rush; as well as many other nieces and nephews.
Diane was also preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy L. Marlowe.
Family and friends may call Monday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, material tributes may take the form of donations to Wounded Warriors, P.O. Box 758541, Topeka, KS 66675.
