Poland - Services will be at 9:30 AM Monday at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel followed at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Church by a Mass of Resurrection and a celebration of the life of Dolores E. Hall, 86 who passed away Thursday evening after a lengthy battle with Alzheimers.
She was born October 4, 1919 in Washington DC the daughter of Lloyd E. and Marie A. Duffy Wyble.
She had attended Dunbarton College and later worked as a professional secretary for the Catholic University of Washington DC and later for Harry Fisher and Associates of Youngstown. She was a charter member of Holy Family Church, and a member of its Altar and Rosary Guild. She was a member of St. Nicholas Senior Citizens, Junior Seten, Lads and Lassys bowling league at the Holiday Bowl, the Holy Family bowling league, and the Mill Creek golf league. She volunteered for meals on wheels and loved to travel.
Her husband Jay F. Hall whom she married June 13, 1942, died July 2, 1978.
Dolores is survived by two daughters Kathy Marty Picciano of Poland and Patty Bob Guylitto of Youngstown; two sons Mike Henri Hall of St. Joseph, Michigan and Gary Janet Hall of Sharpsville, PA; a brother Charley Maredith Wyble of Springhills, FL; fourteen grandchildren, Mark, Steve, Jill, Jonathen, Scott, Janelle, Jessica, Dan, Patrick, Victoria, Jaylyne, Maura, Jaime, and Joey; five great-grandchildren, Brandon, Kaitlyn, Becky, Ty, and Zachary; and a cousin Joseph Joan Duffy of Delrae Beach, FL. The family would like to thank her caregivers Peggy, Marcella, Tammy, Rosa and Tracy for all their loving care.
Besides her parents and husband, Dolores is preceded in death by a daughter Beckie Styers, a sister Mary Jane Schaack, and two brothers Lloyd "Junie" Wyble and Jay Wyble.
Friends may call Sunday from 4 to 8 PM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home Poland Chapel.
