YOUNGSTOWN - Prayers will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Austintown for Doreen A. Yohman Ciccarelli, 79, who passed away Sunday evening at Northside Hospital.
Doreen was born June 13, 1932, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Andrew and Sophie Kohut Yohman.
Doreen graduated from Chaney High School in 1950. She was a homemaker and was an aide at Northside Hospital. She loved to play cards, go to movies and cook. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Doreen leaves her husband of 61 years, William Ciccarelli, whom she married Sept. 30, 1950; three daughters, Debbie Lou Rendes of Mineral Ridge, Diane Charles Reinhart of Mineral Ridge and Doreen Fryman of Austintown; four grandchildren, Jill Mike Fabian, Trisha Aaron Crawford, Bill Pam Reinhart, and Mark Rendes; two grandchildren, Sophia Reinhart and Samara Fabian; and a brother, Jerry Jean Yohman of Apollo Beach, Fla.
Doreen was also preceded in death by two brothers, Russell Yohman and Peter Yohman.
Family and friends may call today from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
Special thanks to the Youngstown Visiting Nurses Association for the care they given to Doreen.
Burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
