A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on June 9, 2018 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph Church in Austintown for Dorothy Hash, age 84, of Austintown who went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday evening at the Hospice House in Boardman surround by her loved ones.
Dorothy was born on August 19, 1933 in Youngstown. She graduated from East High School in 1951. Dorothy worked at Steel City on the assembled line for over 19 years. She lived life to the fullest and was always on the move, she enjoyed ballroom dancing, taking her children ice skating and roller skating, and cooking for her family whom she adored.
She leaves behind a son, William Myers, from Howland and a daughter, Patty (Frank) Pepe, of Youngstown. Besides her parents, and her loving grandparents who raised her, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years the late William Hash, and a daughter Darlene Hash, a brother Robert Zumrick and a sister Betty From.
Family and friends may call Saturday, June 9, 2018 form 8:30am until 9:30am, where prayers will behind at 9:30am at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel 4303 Mahoning Ave. Youngstown. Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
