BOARDMAN-Services will be Tuesday morning at 10:00 AM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel for Mrs. Elizabeth Faehringer age 95 of Boardman who passed away Friday morning peacefully at her home. Elizabeth was born May 9, 1912 in Germany, the daughter of Friedirich and Sophie Gebhart Sorg. She moved from Germany to Canada in 1953 and came to this country in 1962.
She was a member of the New Springfield Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah Witnesses.
She is survived by her daughter Rosemarie Heller of Boardman, two grandchildren, Jenny Nick Labrie of North Lima, and Robert Heller of Stonehaven, Connecticut, two great-grandsons Nicky Labrie Jr. of North Lima, and Matthew Heller of Connecticut.
She was preceded in death by her husband Fred Faehringer in 2002, a grandson Jeremy Bowser, two sisters, Annamarie, and Anneliese, and four brothers, Hans, George, Herman and Friedel.
Friends may call from 4 PM to 7 PM Monday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel.
