YOUNGSTOWN - Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, for Elizabeth "Betty" Ann Sudol, 91, who passed away Sunday evening at Hospice House.
Betty was born May 16, 1921, in Eleanora, Pa., a daughter of the late Michael and Helen (Kuhar) Yatsco.
Betty was a 1939 graduate of Chaney High School. She was a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and their Altar and Rosary Society.
Her husband, Chester Sudol, whom she married Nov. 15, 1941, passed away April 1, 2011.
Betty leaves her daughter, Judith Spangler of Westport, Conn.; two grandchildren, David (Kimberly) Spangler and Amy (Brian) Pennington; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Betty was also preceded in death by three sisters, Margaret Greenfield, Helen Biroschak, and Josephine Giba; and six brothers, Michael, Joseph, George, Rev. Andrew SJ., Carl and Paul Yatsco.
Family and friends may call Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Entombment will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
