YOUNGSTOWN - Services will be 2:00 PM Monday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for Emma P. Kish age 84 who passed away Thursday morning at Shepherd of the Valley in Boardman. Emma was born October 16, 1923 in Star Junction, PA, the daughter of Andrew and Rozalie Breznan Kish. She was a member of the St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church and in her youth had competed as a gymnast in Sokol competitions.
She is survived by her brother Walter "Woody" and his wife Donna Lee Kish of Austin, Texas, her sister-in-law and Caregiver Millie Kish of Campbell, and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by seven brothers John, Andrew, Melvin, Alexander, Elmer, Edward and Frank and two sisters Margaret and Helen Kish.
Emma's family would like to thank the staff's at Shepherd of the Valley South wing and Southern Care Hospice for their compassionate and professional care for Emma.
Friends may call from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM Monday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel.
