Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Dolores Schreckengost; and a brother, Earl Kiger.

Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel and Friday for one hour prior to services at Zion Lutheran Church.

The family would like to thank Dr. Modic, Dr. Chahine, their staff, The Glow Girls and all the friends who were there for them during her battle. Most importantly, the family thanks the wonderful staff of the Hospice of the Valley for the care and support through the final stages of her life.

The family has requested that material tributes take the form of donations to Hospice of the Valley in Faye's memory.
