BOARDMAN - Funeral Services will be held Tuesday at 11 AM at Good Hope Lutheran Church in North Lima for Frank A. Perrico Jr., 53, who passed away Thursday evening at his home surrounded by his family and friends.
Frank was born May 18, 1959 in Youngstown, a son of Frank A. and Carmel (Simeone) Perrico Sr.
Frank was a 1977 graduate of Chaney High School. He was a painter for W. H. Wengler Painting for 15 years and then worked for
V&D Painting up until the time of his illness. He was a member of the Youngstown Maennerchor for 20 years and served as President for 2 years. Frank was also Treasurer for the Youngstown Dart Association. Before his illness, Frank was active in pool leagues, golf leagues and the 22-33 Club at the Youngstown Maennerchor. He was also a die hard Browns and Indians fan. Frank's greatest love was being a father and he adored his 3 boys.
Frank leaves his wife the former Rita J. Wengler whom he married May 3, 1980; his mother Carmel Perrico of Youngstown; three sons Nicholas R. Perrico of Youngstown, Anthony J. Perrico and Daniel F. Perrrico both at home; a sister Anita (Tom) Mraz of Bonita Springs, FL; a brother Joseph (Linda) Perrico of Hermitage, PA; his mother and father-in-law Helga and Wolfgang Wengler; his sisters-in-law Sonya (Art) Sistare of Carson City, NV and Charlotte Wengler Tibbetts of Youngstown; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Frank was preceded in death by his father and a brother Michael Perrico.
Family and friends may call Monday from 4 to 8 PM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Poland Chapel and Tuesday from 10 to 11 AM at Good Hope Lutheran Church in North Lima.
