AUSTINTOWN - Prayers will be held Monday at 9:30 a.m. at the
Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church for Frank S. Sachire, 84, who passed away Wednesday morning at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Frank was born Aug. 2, 1924 in Youngstown, the son of the late John S. and Helen Stefan Sachire.
Frank leaves his wife, the former Beryl J. Kerlin, whom he married July 19, 1944; his six children, Frank Patty Sachire of Austintown and his son, Ryan Cindy Sachire, Nancy Sachire of Austintown, Linda Ditullio of Austintown and her children, Danielle Christy Morrone and Donald Ditullio Jr., Mary John Colla of Austintown and her children, Jennifer, John F. and Gina Colla, Stephen Sachire of Austintown and his daughter, Rory Sachire and Michael Elainna Sachire of Cortland; and four great-grandchildren.
Frank was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Donald Ditullio; and his siblings, Anna B. Henik, John J. Sachire, Helen Doria, Mary Gibb and Bridgett Marshall.
Friends may call Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that material tributes take the form of donations to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
