POLAND - Services will be Thursday morning at 11:00 AM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Poland Chapel for Frank Edward Skowron age 70 who died Sunday evening at the Hospice House.
Frank was born March 6, 1942 in Salem, the son of Francis T. and Julia Sosenko Skowron.
He had worked as a Die Maker for G.M. Lordstown for over thirty years before retiring in 2002. He was a member of U.A.W. local # 714 and an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his wife the former Gail McManus whom he married August 17, 1971, three daughters; Kimberly Brian Bailey of Struthers, Beth Ann Brian Robinson of North Lima and Jennifer Rae Grant of Howland, a son Frank David Kathleen Skowron of Girard, ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may call Wednesday from 5 PM to 7 PM and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Poland Chapel.
The family has requested that material tributes take the form of donations to Hospice of the Valley in Frank's memory.
