Frank E. Waldo, 61
Austintown- Frank E. Waldo, age 61, of Austintown, died Tuesday evening at his home after a courageous three and a half year battle with ALS Lou Gehrig's disease.
Frank was born December 22, 1946 in Youngstown to the Late Paul and Clara Perkins Kisel.
Attended Austintown Fitch High School. He worked for Giant Eagle at the Doral Drive store in the Produce Department for over ten years.
Frank was a true outdoorsman; he enjoyed a well-manicured lawn no matter the time of year. He loved traveling to Las Vegas and to Mountaineer.
Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother Jim Waldo.
He is survived by his wife, Lynette "Lynn" Williams Waldo of Austintown, two daughters, Cindy Eric McBurney of North Lima, Renee Tom Miletta of Boardman; two sons, Frank Renee Waldo, Jr. of Youngstown, Paul Marguerite Waldo of Toledo. Six grandchildren. Four sisters, Cathie Joe Sinkovich, Ruthann Larry Karabin, Paulette Gary Colburn, and Gracie Jim Pompoco.
Funeral Services were held Saturday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel.
