Youngstown- Georgine L. Yeager, age 80, of Youngstown, passed away early Saturday morning at Liberty Heath Care Center.
Georgine was born May 13, 1930 in Youngstown to the late Richard and Mary Meenihan Hewitt.
She was a Reciptionist and Medical Assistant with Dr. Donald Bernat for over 20 years before her retirement.
Georgine loved Garage Sales and was a keen bargan hunter. She enjoyed spend time with friends at the Eagles and Moose Lodges as well as the Croation Club.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by he husband Robert Franklin Yeager, he passed in 1988; a daughter Debbie Connor, two sons, Ronnie Yeager and James Berick, and two sisters, Shirley Sebulsky, and Noralee Ross.
Georgine is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Noreen and Gregory Cannell of Liberty, a son Bob Yeager of Youngstown; four grandchildren, Angie Dixon, Lisa Bates, Casey Berick and James Gray; 7 great-grandchildren; a sister Lavina Kosap of Youngstown, two brothers Philip Hewitt of California, and Thomas Hewitt of Youngstown.
Friends may call Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel.
There are no funeral services.
