Helen Pinkerton

WARREN - Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, for Helen E. Pinkerton, 83, formerly of Austintown, who passed away Tuesday at White Oak Manor.

Helen was born May 12, 1929, in Youngstown, to George and Sarah F. (Cubbage) Forney.
She was a member of the Bethel Assembly of God Church. Helen loved making crafts and enjoyed listening to Christian music.

Her husband, Frank E. Pinkerton, whom she married July 21, 1951, passed away Jan. 31, 2000.
Helen is survived by a son, Gerald E. (Margaret) Pinkerton of Cortland; a sister, Shirley (Lee) Breedlove of Austintown; a son-in-law, Rev. Thomas Budowski of Harrisburg, Pa.; eight grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Gloria Jean Budowski; sister, Marge Shubert; brother, Edwin Forney; and a great-grandchild.

Family and friends may call on Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family has requested that material tributes take the form of donations to the Bethel Assembly of God Church.
