Hepsy Sherman

New Middletown . . . Private services will be held at a later date for Hepsy M. Sherman age 87 of New Middletown who died Monday at her residence.
Mrs. Sherman was born March 27, 1917, in Warren, Ohio, a daughter of William and Millie Burnett Evans.
She was a homemaker, an avid bocce ball player, and she also enjoyed playing cards. In the 1970s she moved to Nettles Island, Fla. and returned to this area three years ago.
Her husband Ralph R. Sherman whom she married February 19, 1936, died August 10, 1997.
She is survived by three sons, Ralph R. Sherman Jr. and his wife Joyce of Lynchburg, VA., Ronald W. Sherman and his wife Betty of Poland and Roger G. Sherman and his wife Donna of New Middletown, Ohio; a sister Jennie Renkenberger and her husband Myron of Buffalo, NY; seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband she was preceded in death by a sister Mildred Twigg.
