YOUNGSTOWN - Services will be Thursday at 9:30 AM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel, and at 10:00 AM at St. Brendan Church for James E. ?Jimmy? Fortnat Jr. of Youngstown, Ohio who passed away suddenly February 27, 2005 from complications of pancreatitis. Jimmy will be deeply missed by his friends and family.
His parents, James E. Fortnat Sr. and Judy B. Fortnat proudly brought Jimmy into this world on June 22, 1968.
Jimmy attended St. Joseph Elementary School, Frank Ohl Middle School, and Fitch High School. Loving children as much as he did, Jimmy worked at Leonard Kirtz School for MR/DO as a substitute teacher aide for several years. He moved on to Youngstown Developmental Center as a therapeutic program worker for 13 years.
Jimmy will be fondly remembered by many friends and family, including his father and stepmother James E. Fortnat Sr., and Sheryl Fortnat, his sister, Christine DiMailo and her fiancé Dave Black of Austintown, OH, and a sister and brother-in-law Natalie and Timothy J. Vinopal of Canfield, OH. The loves of his life were his nieces and nephews Nicole DiMailo, Monica DiMailo, Tori Judith Sears, and Dominic A. Roberts, all of Austintown, OH and Timothy R., Annie Judith and Kelly Lynn Vinopal, all of Canfield, OH., John Malcomson, and Jimmy?s chows. Jimmy sadly lost his mother, Judy B. Fortnat on December 23, 1992.
