AUSTINTOWN - A family memorial service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m., at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, with the Rev. John Trimbur as celebrant, for Mr. Jarod Camacci, 43, who passed away suddenly Sunday morning at St. Elizabeth Heath Center, after suffering a major brain aneurysm at his home.
Mr. Camacci was born on Aug. 5, 1972, in Youngstown, son to loving parents Wayne A. and Carolyn (Marmagin) Camacci.
Jarod was a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School in 1990. Following high school, Jarod began his career as an electrician, completing a five-year apprenticeship to become a journeyman. Over the past 21 years, Jarod worked for several electrical companies, and most recently, was focusing on starting his own electrical business. He was also affiliated with the baseball fields in the area, and would have his birthday celebrations at the Scrappers Field every year.
Jarod was a lifelong member of St. Joseph Church in Austintown.
Jarod will be greatly missed by all who knew him for his big heart, and willingness to help people. He was a loving husband to his wife, and a great father to his three children, whom he adored with all his heart.
An avid sports fan, Jarod played and coached soccer for many years. He also enjoyed watching football.
Jarod leaves behind to hold onto his precious memories, his wife, the former Lori Gresley, whom he married on April 5, 2008; his parents, Wayne and Carolyn Camacci of Austintown; three children, Katlyn, Kole, and Anthony Camacci, all at home; sister Cara (Geno) Shonce; brother Mark (Denise) Camacci, and identical twin, Todd (Michelle) Camacci, both of Austintown; seven nieces and nephews, Sam, Meghan, Jennie, Mark, Marissa, Ava, and Nicolas; mother-in-law and father-in-law Don and Dianne Gresley; and sister-in-law Lisa Gresley.

Jarod's final act was to give the gift of life through organ donation.
