STOW ? Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel for Jason A. Nemes, 28, formerly of Struthers, who died unexpectedly early Wednesday morning at his home in Stow.
Jason was born May 5, 1981, in Youngstown, the son of David and Jeanne Schepka Nemes.
He was a 2000 graduate of Struthers High School and had studied criminal justice at the Mahoning County Joint Vocational School. He had been working as a crane operator for over three years at Akron Iron and Steel in Canton. Jason was a diehard Cincinnati Bengals fan and was well known for his great smile, sense of humor and his big bear hugs.
Jason is survived by his mother, Jeanne Gary, with whom he made his home; his father, David Linda Nemes of Boardman; three brothers, his twin brother, Justin R. Shellie Nemes of Struthers, Lance E. Lisa Nemes of Cuyahoga Falls and David J. Nemes of Struthers; a niece, Lorelai Lena lil munchkin Nemes and one more niece on the way; and his grandmother, Sophie Nemes of Struthers.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph and Lena Schepka and Charles Nemes.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel.
