FT. MYERS, FLA.- There will be funeral services at 9:15 a.m. Saturday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel and at 10 a.m. at St.
Michael Catholic Church for Jean Mary Bryan, 76, who died Friday, Nov. 2, at Healthpark Care Center after a lengthy illness.
Jean was born Dec. 20, 1930 in Youngstown to the Late Michael and Elizabeth Janovsky Rogan.
She was a 1948 graduate of South High School, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Youngstown State University with a degree in psychology. She was a member of St. Michael Parish and its Altar Guild, and Phi Beta Kappa at Y.S.U.
She was a generous volunteer with the American Cancer Society, and
recognized by the J.C. Penney Company as the ACS volunteer of the year.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin sister, Joan Terreri.
She leaves her husband, Joseph Bryan, whom she married Nov. 15, 1958; a daughter, Janine Kevin Vining of Bismarck, N.D.; five sons, Dr. Joseph M. Terri Bryan of Ft. Myers, James M. Bryan of Atlanta, Jerry M. Kathleen Bryan of Canfield, Jason M. Michelle Bryan of Akron, and Jonathan M. Jan Bryan of Hilliard; a sister, Delores McGowan of Boardman; two grandchildren, Alex Bryan of Sarasota, Fla. and Joanna Bryan of Hilliard.
Friends may call Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
