Jean Miller

BOARDMAN-Services will be Monday at 11:00 AM at Christ Lutheran Church in Struthers, for Jean M. Miller age 80 Maramont Dr. Boardman, who died early Thursday morning at the Kobacker Hospice House in Columbus after a five month illness. Jean was born March 11, 1924, in Columbus, the daughter of Everett and Leona Rankin Meeker. She moved to this area in 1950, was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church, Fonderlac Country Club, and was an avid golfer.
Her husband Robert L. Miller former Dean of the College of Business at Youngstown State University, whom she married August 26, 1950, died May 29, 1987.
She is survived by her daughter Dr. Kathy M. Roy Lydic, and three grandchildren Kara, John, and Kevin Lydic all of Gahanna, Ohio.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 PM Saturday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Poland Chapel, and from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM Monday morning at the church.
The family requests that material tributes take the form of donations to the Christ Lutheran Church Memorial fund.
