BOARDMAN ? Joann Grace Cairns, 83, passed away early Monday morning at Beeghly Oaks after a period of declining health.
Joann was born May 23, 1927, in Orville, to the late Amos and Pearl James Lehmann, she was one of eight children.
She spent over 50 years living in San Diego, returning in 1982 and moving in with her daughter 13 years ago.
Joann was self employed owning JAC Surveys in California before her retirement.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Herbert W. Easterling; her husband, John ?Jack? Cairns; and several brothers and sisters.
Joann is survived by her daughter, Cindee L. Jerry Rosine of Boardman, a son, Randy W. Easterling and companion Kathy Peters of Santa Rosa, Calif.; a grandson, Michael Rosine and Carrie Rosine; granddaughter Christine Dave Easterling Durenberger; two great-granddaughters, Stephanie and Brandy Rosine and Ty and Tea Durenberger; two sisters, Barbara Truman Dennis and Elizabeth James Bartley, both of California; and her faithful K-9 companion, Teezee.
