Mooresville, N.C. - There will be services Friday at 10:30 AM at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home Boardman-Canfield Chapel and at 11:00 AM at St. Christine Church for John B. Corsello, 86, formerly of Boardman, who passed away Monday at Brian Center of Rehabilitation in Salisbury, N.C.
John was born January 31, 1920 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, a son of Samuel and Mary Martorina Corsello.
John served in the Navy during WWII. He was owner and operator of Original Equipment Manufacturing Wholesale Auto Parts from 1962 until his retirement in 1990. John was a member of the Sebring Country Club, Canfield Boosters, Y.D.A.G.A. Golf League, Ohio Art Institute, MADD and the Sons of Sicily.
His wife Yvonne Corsello whom he married Sept. 3, 1946 passed away January 17, 2001.
John is survived by a daughter Patricia Robert Faller of Warren; two grandchildren Mark Faller and Lauren John Costello; and two great grandchildren Robert and Reece Costello.
Besides his parents and wife, John is preceded in death by two brothers Salvatore and Frank Corsello.
Friends may call Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.
