Youngstown - Services will be held 10:00AM Monday at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for John "Jack" L. O'Driscoll, 69 who passed away Thursday morning. Mr. O'Driscoll was born March 5, 1936 in Youngstown the son of Leo and Catherine Patten O'Driscoll.
He was employed as a Quality Engineer and worked extensively in Europe, Canada, and Mexico in the auto industry. He loved auto racing of all kinds. In years past he designed and built 16 Double AA fuel dragsters, 3 of which went on to national prominence. He was a member of the SCCA, the Sports Car Club of America.
He leaves his wife, the former Judith Stevens whom he married July 25, 1972, his children, John O'Driscoll of Florida, Loretta Greg Menuez of Florida, James Colleen O'Driscoll of Alabama, and Cathy Terry Clark of FLorida, 4 step-children, Randall Brenda Park and and Raymond Park both of Hubbard and Bradley and Shannon Park both of Youngstown, 17 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
