AUSTINTOWN - Services will be Wednesday at 8:00 PM at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for John A. Rutushin age 50 of Austintown who died early Monday morning at Forum Northside Hospital after a long illness.
John was born August 30, 1955, in Youngstown the son of John A. and Margaret Brown Rutushin.
John graduated from Austintown Fitch High School in 1973, and later graduated from Y. S. U. with a Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering. He had worked at COMDOC as an engineer and service technician before retiring because of disability. He was a member of the Austintown Community Church, was an avid reader, and a member of several book clubs.
He is survived by his wife the former Debbie R. Krokosky whom he married August 29, 1981, a daughter Sarah Rutushin at home, a sister Linda M. Steve Olinger of Austintown, nieces and nephews Jessica Knarr, Roberto Gutierrez, Caysie Olinger, Sherena Olinger, and great niece and nephew Lexi and Gage Gutierrez.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by an infant brother John Alexander Rutushin.
