Joseph Suhovecky

AUSTINTOWN - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 11 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church for Joseph Michael Suhovecky, 79, who died Sunday morning at Meridian Arms Nursing Home.

Joseph was born March 14, 1938, in Youngstown, the son of Michael and Mary (Maga) Suhovecky.

He was a 1956 graduate of Ursuline High School. Joseph worked at Cafaro Hospital and retired from Valley Mold and Iron in Hubbard in 1983.

Joseph was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. He was an avid bowler and golfer.

Joseph is survived by his wife, the former Adeline DelGiudice, whom he married April 23, 1960; two daughters, Michelle (Frank) Lanterman of Austintown and Jennifer (Justin) Gallo of Avon, OH; two sons, Mark (Kathleen) Suhovecky of Mishawaka, IN and Michael (Annette) Suhovecky of Dublin, OH; six grand-daughters, Olivia Grace (Richard) Griffith, Emily, Allison and Madison Suhovecky; Aleena and Arya Gallo.

He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother Stephen Suhovecky.

Family and friends may call Thursday from 9:30 to 10:45 am at the church.

Burial will take place at Brunstetter Cemetery.
