Josephine Teutsch

YOUNGSTOWN - Funeral services will be held Wednesday at noon at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel for Josephine A. Teutsch, 85, who passed away early Thursday morning at Hospice House.

She was born in Rome, Italy, and came to the United States as an infant with her parents, Patrick and Anna Adams.

Josephine graduated in 1952 from Woodrow Wilson High School and worked in the business office of the former Woodside Hospital. She loved being with her family, and enjoyed the outdoors.

Josephine is survived by her husband of 62 years, Martin, whom she married on Aug. 11, 1956; two sons, Kenneth (Laura) of Centerville and Keith (Christi) of Blacklick; the loves of her life, five granddaughters, Chelsea (Zachary) Thompson and Sarah Teutsch, both of Denver, and Taylor, Haylee and Lauren Teutsch, all of Blacklick; and a brother, Patrick Adams of Boardman.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, William Adams.

Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 11 a.m. to noon at the funeral home.
