MCDONALD - Judy A. Brennan, who left this world peacefully on February 7, 2025, at the age of 85.
Born on September 20, 1939, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Fred and Mae Whitarce.
Judy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She lived in Portersville, PA for more than 20 years and then spent the last 15 yrs of her life in McDonald.
Judy graduated from Rayen High School and went on to build a meaningful career as an Auditor for Lawson's Dairy Stores. A devoted member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Girard, Judy found joy in her faith and community. Outside of her professional life, she found solace and creativity in crocheting, a hobby that allowed her to craft beautiful gifts for her loved ones. Judy also cherished the adventures spent riding on the motorcycle with her husband as well as her son.
Judy is survived by her husband, Richard Brennan, whom she married October 18, 1958; daughter, Linda (Michael) Badila of McDonald; son, Fred (Michele) Brennan of Youngstown; five cherished grandchildren, Melissa (Jan) Badila, Valerie (Thomas) Domitrovich, Michael (Jessie) Badila Jr., Michael Rodriguez, and Tacey (Chris) Schisler; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. Her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire those who were blessed to know her.
She was also preceded in death by her siblings.
Family and friends will gather to pay their respects during calling hours on Wednesday February 12, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM.
